  • What features are included in the apartments?

All apartments include the following quality fixtures and fittings as standard:

    • Can apartments be personalised?

We encourage you to make your apartment feel like home such as with the addition of curtains/window coverings. To ensure that village standards are maintained, that additions do not interfere with neighbours, and that works are conducted by qualified tradespeople with proper insurances and warranties, you are required to submit requests for review and approval by Azure Blue prior to any works commencing.
    • If in the future my partner or I need full nursing care, can I be assured of a room in Blue Care’s co-located residential aged care facilities if I live at Azure Blue?

We aim to help partners remain together longer. Should either of your care needs change, we would endeavour to relocate you into Blue Care’s residential aged care facility, providing you are eligible under the Government’s My Aged Care assessment process.
    • I currently receive in-home community care. Can this continue when I move into Azure Blue?

Yes, you can continue receiving existing home care services when you move in.
    • Do you have an emergency response system in place?

Yes, we have a 24-hour emergency alert system.
    • Can I have visitors stay over?

Friends and family are most welcome. For extended stays it is best to speak to our village manager regarding any guidelines.
    • What if I move to a retirement village and then want to leave?

If you decide you want to move out for any reason within 3 months of your lease commencing, we’ll refund your ingoing contribution and waive your exit fee.

All you'll pay is the general service fees and maintenance reserve fund contribution for the duration of your stay, the cost of repairing any damage above fair wear and tear and any costs connected with the termination of your lease.
